NDISFor plan-managed and self-managed participants. Usually from Capacity Building: Improved Daily Living. We are not a registered NDIS provider, so we can't support agency-managed plans.

Questions

Who can make a referral?

Care managers and coordinators, support coordinators, GPs and hospital teams, and clients or their families. For package clients we check with the provider before booking.

How urgent is a swallowing referral?

If the client is coughing or choking when eating or drinking, tell us in the referral and we will prioritise it. For sudden changes, contact their GP.

Are your clinicians registered and insured?

Yes. Every clinician is registered with AHPRA or their professional body, holds $5 million professional indemnity and public liability insurance, has a current police check and works under our agreement.

Ready to refer?

Send the service, suburb and how soon it's needed. We'll come back with a date and cost.
